The Restomotive engine oil cooler kit was developed as a dedicated solution for the Mustang GT Gen 6. Its design is focused on optimal airflow, effective heat dissipation, and installation using factory mounting points – without the problematic modifications typical of universal kits.

Product description

The Restomotive engine oil cooler kit for the Ford Mustang GT Gen 6 was developed for drivers who use the full potential of the 5.0 V8 engine during dynamic road driving and track use. In such conditions, the factory oil cooling system may not provide sufficient temperature stability, which can lead to faster oil degradation and increased load on key engine components.
At the heart of the kit is a 10-row aluminum Setrab oil cooler with high thermal efficiency, measuring 662 × 101 × 40 mm and featuring a 592 mm core length. Its construction has been selected to effectively dissipate heat while maintaining proper oil flow and pressure parameters. The cooler is designed to operate across a wide temperature range and is pressure- and leak-tested, ensuring high durability and safe operation.
