An innovative Dual-Caliper brake kit, designed for the most demanding users. This system utilizes two independent 4-piston Wilwood Forged Dynalite calipers per wheel – one dedicated to the foot (service) brake and the other to a hydraulic handbrake. At the heart of the kit are custom Restomotive adapters, CNC-machined from T651 aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring extreme rigidity while simultaneously reducing weight. The combination of forged calipers with 11-inch SRP drilled and slotted rotors provides uncompromising stopping power and full vehicle control, both on the track and during dynamic road driving.

Product description

The Restomotive Dual-Caliper brake kit is a professional rear axle modification that eliminates the compromises associated with integrated parking brake systems. By utilizing two separate 4-piston calipers on each side, the user gains maximum service braking force alongside an independent, powerful hydraulic handbrake. The key components are the dedicated caliper adapters manufactured from T651 aluminum alloy. Through an artificial aging and stress-relieving process, this material offers the highest strength parameters in its class. The adapter design is optimized for the Big Ford “New Style” (Torino) axle standard with dimensions of 3.562″ x 2.000″, ensuring perfect alignment and system rigidity. The 11-inch (280 mm) Wilwood SRP rotors with a black finish feature directional drilling and slotting, which actively remove dust and gases, preventing system overheating even under the load of dual calipers.
