The middle section of the GTM exhaust system, featuring an X-Pipe, centre silencers and flexible couplings, has been designed as an independent module of our proprietary three-piece exhaust system for the Ford Mustang Gen 6. Its modular design allows for flexible configuration and future expansion of the system without the need to replace the entire exhaust.
The X-Pipe improves exhaust gas flow between both cylinder banks, resulting in smoother engine operation and a more distinctive, sporty exhaust note. The system has been optimised to minimise flow resistance while maintaining the right balance between performance, refinement and engine sound.
The entire section is made from AISI 304L stainless steel with a diameter of 2.5 inches, providing excellent corrosion resistance, durability and an attractive appearance for many years of use.

Product description
The GTM X-Pipe centre section with centre silencers and flexible couplings was developed to improve exhaust gas flow and achieve a distinctive, sporty exhaust note. The X-Pipe ensures balanced exhaust gas flow, while the centre silencers reduce excessive resonance and smooth out the sound while maintaining a deep engine note. The flexible couplings compensate for vibrations and movement of the exhaust system, reducing the transfer of stress to other components.
Each component is carefully TIG-welded to ensure high mechanical strength and an aesthetic finish. AISI 304L stainless steel provides resistance to high temperatures, moisture and weather conditions, allowing the system to retain its properties for many years of use.
