Adjustment: The product includes a turnbuckle mechanism made of billet aluminum for adjusting the spacing between the windshield/cowl and strut towers, with an adjustment range of (0-40mm). Durable construction: Knowing the design flaws of classic Mustangs, we developed reinforcements that effectively stiffen the engine compartment space. The design was tested in a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) environment to simulate the forces acting on the suspension. Precise fit: Thanks to 3D scanning of original vehicles and 3D modeling, the strut bar is characterized by perfect accuracy and fit to the car’s structure.

Front suspension strut brace designed for Ford Mustang (65-70). Its main functions are: Stabilization: Reduces body roll during sharp turns, significantly improving handling characteristics. Mass transfer reduction: During cornering, the vehicle’s weight shifts to the outer wheel. The strut brace ensures even distribution of this mass, guaranteeing balanced grip across all wheels. Suspension geometry stabilization: In vehicles with a unibody construction, suspension components interact with each other. During fast cornering, large forces can cause slight changes in suspension geometry at different phases of the turn. The additional reinforcement reduces these forces, ensuring the suspension geometry remains consistent at all times. The strut brace construction is based on sheet metal and aluminum components manufactured using CNC technology with laser cutting. For corrosion protection, these components undergo a gold-colored zinc plating process. The arms are CNC-milled from 7075 aluminum. To connect the strut tower flanges
