More informations:

Material: Tubular structure made from S355 structural steel – high hardness and tensile strength Robust construction: The design is based on a tubular and profile structure, tested using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to simulate the forces acting on the system. FEA allows precise assessment of the system’s durability. Precise fit: By using 3D scanning of factory Mustang units, we ensure a highly accurate design, guaranteeing a perfect fit to the vehicle. The tubular structure is shaped using mandrel bending, while the profiles are laser-cut. The entire assembly is TIG-welded under an argon shield for maximum strength and quality.

This chassis reinforcement is specifically designed for the 1964.5-1968 Ford Mustang. Its main functions are: Vehicle Structure Stabilization: The product stiffens the most crucial structural elements of the chassis, reducing their deformation during driving. Improved Grip: Due to the low rigidity of the factory chassis, “body roll” can occur when cornering, where the car’s weight shifts to the outer wheel. This reinforcement ensures an even distribution of these forces, guaranteeing consistent grip on all wheels. Suspension Geometry Stabilization: In unibody cars, suspension components interact with each other. During fast cornering, significant forces can cause slight changes in suspension geometry due to deformation. This additional reinforcement effectively reduces these deformations, ensuring proper suspension geometry is maintained in all conditions. The product features two profiled connectors that bolt to the frame rails. Between these connectors is a tubular structure (30 mm×3 mm) made from S355 structural steel. The tubes are mandrel-bent and joined by welding. Sheet metal components are laser-cut and shaped using a press brake.

Profiled frame rail connectors (2 pcs.) Tubular structure (1 pc.) Mounting kit Reducer plates (not required in some models)

This product will fit the following Ford Mustang model years: 1964.5: Fastback, Coupe, and Convertible 1965: Fastback, Coupe, and Convertible 1966: Fastback, Coupe, and Convertible 1967: Fastback, Coupe, and Convertible 1968: Fastback, Coupe, and Convertible
