Podsumowanie Motosession

On Saturday and Sunday, April 5 and 6, together with the Race Rush Garage team, we appeared at the Moto Session automotive fair. First of all, we sincerely thank everyone who came to talk about our gems and exchange automotive experience.
On three cars at this stand, our components were on display! 🏎️ On the Cobra, for example, you could spot:
Öhlins Shock Absorbers
Custom, single-tube high-pressure gas shocks with an internal gas reservoir integrated into the main body. This design ensures compactness, stable gas pressure, and improved damping, which translates into efficiency and durability in advanced suspension systems.
On the Mustang Eleanor, all it took was a look underneath the car to notice our:
Chassis Reinforcement from the 1964.5–68 Mustang Collection
Main functions of the reinforcement:
-
Chassis stabilization: Strengthens the most critical structural elements of the underbody, reducing deformation during driving.
-
Improved grip: Due to the low stiffness of the original structure, in cornering, the car’s weight shifts to the outside wheel, causing body roll. The reinforcement ensures a more even weight distribution, providing equal grip on all wheels.
-
Suspension geometry stabilization: In unibody cars, suspension elements influence each other. During high-speed cornering, large forces can cause minor geometry changes due to flexing. The reinforcement minimizes these distortions, maintaining proper geometry under all conditions.
The Eleanor was also fitted with our billet multi-link front suspension and rear coilover/4-link system – both from the 1964.5–68 Mustang collection.
Billet Multi-Link Front Suspension
Technologically far superior to the original system used in these models. Thanks to turnbuckles, both the lower and upper control arms can be adjusted in length.
The arms are CNC-machined from high-quality 7075 aluminum, known for its corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and machinability. This alloy is valued for its strength-to-weight ratio.
The threaded Öhlins coilover kit allows for ride height adjustment, improving handling by lowering the center of gravity while also enhancing aesthetics.
Additionally, the kit includes our custom-designed sway bar, which increases suspension stiffness and stability. It’s made from high-grade 50HS spring steel, with arms CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum and mounts from 2017A aluminum. Our custom sway bar reduces body roll, completing the optimization of the suspension system.
Rear Coilover / 4-Link Suspension
Eliminates the shortcomings of the original leaf spring system. It features adjustable trailing and diagonal arms and Öhlins STX S46DR1 dampers with rebound and compression adjustment.
The kit mounts to the chassis at four points via a special subframe, which also serves as the mounting base for the diagonal arms. The suspension includes threaded dampers with multi-level damping adjustment and both trailing and diagonal arms, allowing for precise ride height and geometry tuning.
The lower shock mounts offer multiple height options within their brackets. The entire setup is built around reinforced uniball joints.
And finally, the gem of this stand – the Mustang J-Code – packed with our parts. From steering components and accessory gauge housings, all the way to suspension identical to that of Eleanor.
All products were designed specifically for these incredible classics, making them not only more original but also ready for daily driving. Each part is CNC-machined, ensuring durability and the ability to withstand the power of the J-Code – or any other classic Mustang.
More about the Mustang J-Code will be shared in our next post. See you then! 🫡
